Zuma - transforming real estate

Zuma is an artificial intelligence company that aims to revolutionize real estate sales by responding in minutes rather than getting back to customers in days. The platform includes Kelsey, an AI-powered assistant that can answer complicated queries about a property via text texts. Zuma helps you nurture leads and enhance conversion rates by connecting with potential consumers right away. If a query is outside Kelsey's scope, a human-in-the-loop feature guarantees that an answer is still supplied.

Zuma's novel technique is especially useful for bridging the response time gap that frequently arises at night and on weekends, when leasing agents are normally unavailable. According to the founders, this delay might result in a 100-fold decline in lead conversion after just 30 minutes.

Zuma's current investment round will be used to hire additional employees, create new features, and boost sales. With sales teams, the business is also exploring expanding into other areas such as healthcare, automobile, insurance, education, and fashion.

Andreessen Horowitz general partner Connie Chan applauded Zuma's strategy, saying that the combination of AI and human help offers a "magical conversation experience" that greatly enhances conversion rates. As Zuma expands, its revolutionary platform has the ability to reshape sales engagement across several sectors.

The company was founded in 2020 by Kendrick Bradley and Shiv Gettu. They have raised $7.2 million to date.
