NFT3 - The first Unified Virtual Identity Network for Web 3.0.
NFT3 is building the first Unified Decentralized Identity and credit network for web3 which acts as a unified identity across all web3 application layers and a pathway towards enabling personal monetization in the emerging Metaverse. It features a novel credit scoring system for web3 with NCredit, which is an identity graph for the Metaverse.
One of the most difficult things to solve on the internet is the problem of identity authentication. But because of the rapid development of web 3.0, blockchain technology users are allowed to create a genuine identity or DID, which can be used to realize self-control, privacy and convenience.
A DID gives the complete control of identification back to the user. The user’s privacy can no longer be stolen by centralized platforms. It gives the users the convenience to access different blockchain projects using just one DID, bringing better user experience and significantly reducing the barrier to entry.
NFT3 will allow users to create a unified identity that they can associate with any web 3.0 application. The first use case roll-out will be validating airdropping. Users will be able to receive a myriad of airdrops from partner projects by having a NFT3 account with an activated DID. Decentralized Identity via NFT3 will solve the long-standing problem of bot-generated wallet address spoofing. Projects and platforms can now ensure they drop to real users, while also allowing insight into valuable on-chain metadata.
NFT3 has raised a total of $7.5M in funding. NFT3 spearhead Dylan Dewdney, a longtime crypto analyst is thrilled about the competition and feels that the only way to unify an individual's experience within Web3 isn't at the platform level but at the identity level. He states that the NFT3 as a DID- wrapped NFT will become one’s gateway to the Metaverse.
