Spiritz Finance - crypto for the real world
Spritz Finance enables bill-pay for decentralized finance users directly through their crypto wallets with no bank required. Their goal is to connect TradFi to DeFi, making it easy to program crypto payments for real-world bills, from mortgage payments to credit card bills, and allowing users to automate their personal finances using their on-chain assets. Spritz Finance lets users choose how to fund payments, link their existing cryptocurrency wallets, and integrate all their bills seamlessly.
One of the most significant issues in the crypto world includes not being able to use digital tokens for real-world transactions. This is where Spritz comes in. With SpritzCard, all users who are US residents can fund their debit card with crypto to make daily purchases with their digital assets, easily making payments online or adding the card to their mobile wallet (Google Wallet or Apple Pay) for tap-to-pay functionality. Users can pay their utility bills, rent, student loans, Netflix accounts, mortgage payments, and more than 6,000 other bills in the US using the "Bill-Pay" feature. Once selecting the bill for payment and picking which cryptocurrency to pay with, Spritz users can sign a single blockchain transaction to transfer their crypto token to their desired bill.
The card is free to use, and incurs a small fee to add funds. The first $100 funded every month is completely free, whereas additional amounts incur between 1.5% and 2% transaction fees. Spritz is a complete solution for consumer crypto users to use their crypto for real-world transactions. Numerous blockchain networks are supported for payments. Nearly every token traded on those networks are accepted. Another perk of Spritz includes SMARTPay, which enables users to establish automatic payments for credit cards. This feature allows users to schedule their expenses so they never miss a date while saving on gas fees. SMARTPay is currently launched on the Polygon network and is coming soon to Ethereum, BSC and other networks.
Christopher Sheehan is the CEO of Spritz Finance. Spritz Finance has raised a total of $2.5M in funding.
