Dework - Trello for Web3

Dework is a web3 tool for collaboration, networking, credentialing, and bounty hunting. In Dework platform DAO representatives can set up project-related tasks and invite community members to complete them. Payment can be done with any cryptocurrency like USDC, ETH, etc or using the DAO’s token. These tasks could be developer-related, marketing, design, outreach, tutorials, etc. Meanwhile, web3 job hunters can use Dework to search and complete jobs (bounties) while building an immutable portfolio at the same time.

Dework works like Trello. Trello has a digital dashboard for creating, organizing, and optimizing actions, as well as tools for defining projects and their criteria. The card system in Trello allows team members to connect and collaborate on projects by adding comments, links, files, and photographs to project cards. Dework is a web3-based Trello derivative with more functionality. Dework has LinkedIn, a bounty platform and a project management tool rolled up together. Users can create task boards and move tasks between them. Tasks can be created and people can apply to claim them. This eases monitoring, division of labor and community building. Users can build their portfolios from the tasks they complete via the site and gain both points and tokens. Dework has also integrated Discord so it all feels like using one big super app. The website is very easy to use and navigate.

Dework also has integrated wallets, Hiro and Metamask, to accept payments for the jobs the user was assigned and completed. Aside from securing a token reward, a completed bounty(job) also functions as proof of work, which improves the customer’s Dework profile by building work history. Contributors are not the only ones benefiting from paid bounty work. DAOs also reap massive benefits from Dework. Instead of hiring a single salaried individual, DAOs can split project responsibilities among a few people, which increases decentralization and allows the DAO to operate more freely.

David Fant and Lonis Hamaili are the co-founders of Dework. They have raised a total of $5M in funding.
